Michael Anthony Perren, 49, of Fairdealing, Mo., passed away July 22, 2014, at the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Mo.
He was born Nov. 7, 1964 at St. Louis, Mo., to James Aubrey Perren and Josephine (Faucher) Perren.
He was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Poplar Bluff and had served in the United States Army as a sergeant during Desert Storm. He enjoyed woodworking, hunting, fishing, playing pool, singing karaoke, making picture frames and carpentering. He graduated from Naylor High School in 1983, and Three Rivers Community College in 1986.
He is survived by his mother, Josephine, four sisters, Ramona Crumley and husband Mike, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., Linda Spence and husband, James, of Cape Girardeau, Mo., Theresa Kirkpatrick of Kansas City, Mo., and Angela Luna and husband, Antonio, of Fairdealing, Mo., brothers, James Perren, Timothy Perren and wife, Angie, Daniel Perren and wife, Jennifer, all of Fairdealing, Mo., Steve Perren and wife Debbie, of Wichita, Kan.; 17 nieces and nephews, as well as 12 great-nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, James, as well as one brother, Raymond Perren.
Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Fowler-Sullivan Memorial Chapel in Neelyville. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Poplar Bluff with Rev. David Coon officiating. Burial will be in the Roberts Cemetery at Neelyville.
