Othella Holeman Caldwell, 78 of Poplar Bluff, Mo., passed away Sunday, February 7, 2016 at Mark Twain Caring Center.
Ms. Caldwell was born August 6, 1937 in Osceola, Arkansas, to the late Leroy Payne and Elnora Payne.
She was a member of Lively Stone Church of God in Christ. She had been a home health worker for Butler County Health Department. She enjoyed baking, going to church and shopping.
Survivors include her sons, Clarence "Butch" Holeman Jr. and wife, Bernice and Joey Holeman and special friend, Annie Frances Killebrew; a sister, Lucy Seaborn; grandchildren, Clarence "Trey" Holeman III, Markette Holeman and Skyler Holeman; great grandchildren, Cohen Morrison and Camden Wilcoxson; a sister-in-law; Mardi Jones; 2 brothers-in-law, Willie Caldwell and Tommy Caldwell and a host of special friends.
Ms. Caldwell was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clarence Pete Holeman and later her second husband, Oscar Caldwell, and her brother, D. C. Payne.
Visitation will be held at 12pm Saturday, February 13, 2016 at Lively Stone Church of God in Christ 522 Relief St. Poplar Bluff. The funeral service will begin at 1pm with Elder Randy Scott officiating. Burial will be in Poplar Bluff City Cemetery.
