Charlotte Neal Obituary

Charlotte Neal, 91, formerly of Cape Girardeau, died Tuesday, July 30, 2019, at Westwood Hills Healthcare in Poplar Bluff.

She was cremated, per her wishes and taken to Hot Springs, Arkansas, for burial.

Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home in Poplar Bluff was in charge of arrangements.
