Richard Boyet

Richard Boyet, 73, of Poplar Bluff, MO passed away on January 22, 2020 at his home in Poplar Bluff. Richard was born on March 4, 1946 to Louise Jr. and Lois (Poole) Boyet in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.  He married Lois (Cooley) Boyet on September 29, 1989. Richard attended Heartland Christian Family Fellowship.  He served four years in the United States Navy during Vietnam, on the USS Newport News CA 148. Mr. Boyet was a member of the NRA, TPA, local Am vets and American Legion. He was an avid game player.  Enjoying pool, golfing, fishing, hunting, and crossword puzzles. Richard is survived by spouse, Lois Boyet of 30 years, daughters, Michelle Lewis (James),  Angela Reynolds (Ernest),  Crystal Boyet-Hampton (Christopher),  Ashley Boyet (Andrew), son, Marcus Boyet (Erica), grandson, Alex Henson, granddaughters, Christina Davis (Donnie),  Michaela Lewis,  Andrea Vaughn (Robert), grandson, Ryan Helsel, granddaughter, Shyenne Zitnak(Phillip Hennrich), grandson, Jeff Zitnak (Jade),  granddaughters, Samantha Zitnak (Dalton Ward),  Montana Zitnak, grandson, Noah, Colton, granddaughters, Lohgan, and Spencer Boyet,  Aubrie and Shyann Hampton,  Chloe Ava Wagster,  Melinda Jaco, great grandson, Hunter Keith, great-granddaughters, Adalyn Shepard-Henson,  Autumn Keith, Alexus Davis, Zaylee Hodge,  Addison Lewis, great grandsons, Riley Vaughn, Lucas Thornton-Helsel, great-granddaughters, Maranda Helsel,  Madison Massie, great- grandson, Mason Hennrich,  great-granddaughter  Marissa Hennrich, great-grandsons, Jace And Juno Zitnak,  Nolan Lynch, Gannon Ward, Jaxon Ward, brother, Bobby Boyet (June), sister, Terry Bolen (Gary). Richard was preceded in death by his parents and daughter Tammy Boyet. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 28th, 2020 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home in Poplar Bluff, MO. Funeral services will follow  at 1:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Kevin McAnulty officiating. Burial will take place at Missouri State Veteran Cemetery in Bloomfield, Mo at 3pm
