Alta Fay Faughn

Alta Fay Faughn, 81, of Poplar Bluff, MO passed away on February 12, 2025, at Cedargate Health Care in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Alta was born on July 5, 1943, to Clifton and Goldie (Hast) Winder in Orange County, California.  She married Dennis Faughn on June 27, 1964. Alta enjoyed playing Bingo.  She also owned Advertising Associates for many years. Alta is survived by spouse, Dennis Faughn, sisters, Lovetta Burket, Dorothy Laughlin, Edith Helsel, Sister in law, Francise Reeder, Special Friends, Brian And Michelle Smith and numerous nieces and nephews. Alta was preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will be held on Tues February 18, 2025,  from 10-11am at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home 701 Vine St. Poplar Bluff, MO Funeral services will begin at 11am in the chapel with Rev. Shelvie Stephens officiating. With special friend Larry Evans to speak.   Burial will take place at City Cemetery in Poplar Bluff.
