Anna Laverne White

Anna LaVerne White, 77, of Neelyville, Missouri, passed away February 16, 2016 in Lebanon, Missouri. She was born March 6, 1938 at Neelyville, Missouri to the late Andrew (Shorty) Langley and Opal Warren. On March 31, 1956 LaVerne was married to Ucal John White. He preceded her in death on January 20, 2012. LaVerne is survived by; two sisters, Darlis Watson and husband John of Fort Worth, Texas and Shirley Chastain and Tom of Lebanon, Missouri as well numerous nieces and nephews and a special niece Stephanie Huggins. She was preceded in death by her husband, and parents as well as one sister; Louise Thompson and a brother Sonny Langley. She and her husband was the owner operator of Whites Grocery in Neelyville, Missouri and She was a member of the Naylor Pentecostal Church. She enjoyed her church, being with people as well as motor cycles and car racing. Visitation for LaVerne will be February 20, 2016 starting at 6:oo p.m. in the Fowler-Sullivan Memorial Chapel of Neelyville, with the funeral Sunday February 21, 2016, starting at 2:00 p.m. in the Neelyville chapel. Burial will be in the Naylor Memorial Cemetery in Naylor, Missouri with Donnie Fowler officiating.
