Anthony Atkisson

Anthony Allen Atkisson, 40, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., passed away Thursday, August 1, 2013 at the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. Mr. Atkisson was born October 10, 1972 at St. Charles, Ill. An auto mechanic, he enjoyed cutting wood, scrapping, demolition derby and spending time with family. He was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include his children, Kreg Atkisson and wife, Tiffany and Aron Atkisson; his mother, Genevieve Fuwell; three sisters, Julie, Brenda, and Jonnie; one brother, Ricky Atkisson. He is preceded in death by his father, Leo Atkisson. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, August 10, 2013 at Kinsey Cemetery, Harviell, Mo., with Ron Fowler officiating. The family request memorials made to Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home, for funeral expenses.
