Barbara Cecil

Barbara Cecil 75, of Poplar Bluff died Friday, July 10, 2020 at her home.

She was born August 16, 1944 in Parma, Mo to the late Bill Wllie and Veda (Minehart) Taylor.

Barbara was a waitress having loved to serve people.  She loved her family and watching butterflies.

Surviving are her sons; Randy Hodgkiss (Rebecca), Frank Hodgkiss, Chris Jackson, Freddie W. Cecil (Morgan), grandchildren;  Emily, Sarah, Megan Hodgkiss, Conner and Mersa Cecil, two brothers; Wayne and Dennis Taylor.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters; Jean Gubbs and Judy.

Visitation will be Tuesday July 14, 2020 5:30 -7:30 pm at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home in Poplar Bluff.   The funeral service will be Wednesday 1 pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Frank Chlastak officiating.  Burial will follow in the City Cemetery.
