Bessie Eula Pirc

Bessie Eula Pirc, 87,Neelyville, Missouri passed away December 12, 2010 in the Westwood Hills Health Care Center at Poplar Bluff, Missouri. she was born December 12, 1923 in Neelyville, Missouri to the late Charles and Mable Delaney. Her services will be December 16, 2010 in the Fowler-Sullivan memorial Chapel at Neelyville, Missouri at 1:00 p.m.. Her visitation will be on December15, 2010 starting at 5:00 p.m. with burial in the Memorial Gardens at Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Donnie Fowler 0officiating. She is survived by her husband Edward Pirc whom she married on December 8, 1951. She is also survived by one son. John Ellsworth and wife Norma of Corning, Arkansas, two daughters, Kathy Hefner and husband Charles of Sherman Texas and Patricia Hart of Phoenix, AZ. She was precede in death by her parents as well as one son Charles Edward Pirc. who passed away on May 14, 2003. Bess was a homemaker and dedicated he life to the care of her family. she also had a deep reverence and respect for the armed forces. during WWII while her brothers were serving in the military, she also contributed by working in one of the war effort plants in Detroit, Michigan. In later years, she undertook volunteer work at the John H. Pershing VA Medical Center in Poplar Bluff where she proudly received a plaque for her 6250 hours of service, and also was a volunteer for a brief time at the Nutrition center in Neelyville. She was a member of the St Margaret Mary' Catholic Curch kof Neelyvillle until its retirment, the often attended SAcred Hart Catholic Church in Poplar Bluff. Bessise leaves 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren behind. She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.
