Brandi Ellis Chapman

Brandi Marie Ellis Chapman, 32, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, August 29, 2013, surrounded by her loving family, at the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Chapman was born June 30, 1981 in Poplar Bluff. She worked at Nordyne in air conditioner production. She loved to go to the river, visiting on Facebook, working with residents in nursing homes and loved her church, Twin Springs Baptist Church. Brandi fought her illness with bravery and true honor. On October 27, 2008 she was united in marriage to Larry Chapman. He survives. Other survivors include her children, Shelbie, Kyra and Larridy Chapman; her parents, Bobby and Jamie (Anthony) Ellis; grandparents, Robert and Mary Ellis, and Jennifer Anthony; great-grandmother, Jessie Anthony; her brother, Jeremy Ellis; brother-in-law Billy Hastings and wife, Kim, her aunts Jeanie Drane and husband, Johny and Linda Wyatt; uncle, Terry Ellis, her father and mother in-law, Bill and Jackie Schiffbauer. A host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Iris Russell and Charles Anthony; and aunt, Debbie Robinson. Visitation will be held at 6 p.m. Monday, September 2, 2013 at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home in Poplar Bluff. Funeral services will begin at 1 p.m. Tuesday, September 3, 2013 in the chapel with Bro. Alan Leutert and Bro. Shelvie Stephens officiating. Burial in Ash Hill Cemetery.
