Carol A. Martin, 68, of Poplar Bluff, passed away October 24, 2010 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. Visitation will begin at noon October 28, 2010 at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints 2414 Katy Lane. Followed by funeral service at 1 p.m. with Bishop Oesterreicher officiating. Burial will be at the Poplar Bluff City Cemetery. Carol A. Martin, 68, of Poplar Bluff, passed away October 24, 2010 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Martin was born Aug. 9, 1942 in Granite City, IL. She had lived in Poplar Bluff for 45 years. She was a loving mother and grandmother and homemaker. She loved the outdoors, gardening and baking. On June 24, 1995 she married Keven Martin in Granite City IL and he survives. Also surviving are her children: Scott Wilchek of Cibole, TX; Torri Davis of Poplar Bluff; Monty Wilchek of Huntington Beach, CA; and Joey Wilchek of Huntington Beach, CA; two sisters; Joyce Davis and Doris Rose both of Granite City, IL; a brother Dale Durborow of New Douglas, IL; and eleven grandchildren and 1 great grandchild She was preceaded in death by her parents; William Durborow and Elise Durborow; two sisters Barbara Green and Charolett Curt, a brother David Durborow. Visitation will begin at noon Thursday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 2414 Katy Lane. Followed by funeral at 1PM with Bishop Oesterreicher officiating. Burial will be at Poplar Bluff City Cemetery.
