Casandra Schlatweiler

Casandra Del Schlatweiler, 66, of Wappapello, Mo., passed away Thursday, February 23, 2017 at her home. Daughter of Welton Prewitt and Freda (Bell) Prewitt, she was born October, 26, 1950 in Piggott, Ark. A homemaker, she enjoyed spending time with her family and playing Bingo. On June 22, 1968 she married Thomas Ralph Schlatweiler. He preceded her in death January 31, 2016. Her children, Tonia Schlatweiler, Robert (Amanda) Schlatweiler and Tracy (Rick) Dobbs survive, as well as 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandsons and a brother, Gary (Brenda) Prewitt. Her parents and one brother, Ricky Prewitt also precedes her in death. Visitation will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home in Poplar Bluff. Funeral services will follow at noon with Pastor Arvin Haynes officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Three Springs Cemetery.
