Charles Michael "Mike" Strickland age 74 of Poplar Bluff Missouri passed away September 22, 2026

Mike was born on July 15,1952 to Charley and Margaret Pearl (Marsh) Strickland in Poplar Bluff Missouri

Mike's love of farming began when he was a child on the family farm. It carried on the rest of his life. He was owner and operated Strickland Farms inc. After he graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 1974, he worked for the state of Missouri as an auditor for 3 years. However, the wide-open fields of the family farm kept calling to him, so he went back and farmed as well as starting his own accounting and tax service, Strickland Accounting.

Mike is survived by his daughter Lynn, granddaughter Emmy, sister Donna Ribbings (Jerry), along with his niece Makayla Reatherford, grandniece Amara, and several cousins and many friends.

Mike is preceded in death by his parents.
