Chloe Brooks

Chloe Faith Brooks, 4 months, of Paragould, Arkansas, passed away March 15, 2015 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born November 14, 1014 in Corning, Arkansas to Jeremy Brooks and Victoria (Cortez) Brooks. She is survived by her parents, and Grandparents, Linda Wheeler and Step-grandfather Brad, Yvonne and Harold Dailey and Jim Cortez. She is preceded in death by one grandfather, David Brooks. Visitation will be Monday March 23, 2015 starting at 1 pm with the funeral at 2:00 pm in the Fowler- Sullivan Memorial Chapel of Neelyville, Missouri. Burial will be in the Tull Family Cemetery.
