Coy Phelps

Coy Phelps, 77, of Poplar Bluff, MO passed away on March 02, 2020 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff. Coy was born on February 8, 1943 to the late Vard and Lula (Cobb) Phelps in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. He is a long time resident of Poplar Bluff.  He enjoyed horse back riding and hunting. He married Jacqueline McKinney September 1962, who preceded him in death. Coy is survived by daughters: Mona Saylors and husband John, Debbie Phelps, grandchildren: Corey Saylors, Cynthia Barlow and husband Kirk, Ashley Saylors(Keith Seib), great-grandchildren: Adam, Drew, Chelsea, Ethan and Cole Saylors, Joshua Grubb, Landon and Loghan Stewart, sisters: Margaret, Rita and Joanie, a brother Racil Phelps. Coy was preceded in death by his wife, parents, a son; Calvin Phelps, four brothers and four sisters. Visitation will be held Monday, March 9  from 6-8pm at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home in Poplar Bluff. There is no ceremony or burial planned at this time.
