Daniel Franklin Bruce

Daniel Franklin Bruce, 76, of Naylor, Mo., passed away on November 24, 2011 in The Manor at Poplar Bluff, Missouri. On October 4, 1935 at Naylor, Missouri he was born to the late Frank Bruce and Mary Weiss. On March 15,1958 at Naylor, Mo. he was married to Wilma Fay Moore. She preceded him in death on December 16, 1993. He is survived by, two daughters, Joyce Bayne of Qulin, Missouri and Mary Ford and husband Kevin of New London, Missouri. One son, Oliver Bruce of Williamsville, Mo.. One sister, Francis Simmons of Middleton, Mo. four grand-daughters and 3 grand-sons also survive. Danny was preceded in death by His wife, Parents, and one daughter Alice Bruce Bayne and one sister, Helen Little. Danny had been a farmer by trade and enjoyed animals, the outdoors, and coon hunting. He had been a life long resident of the Naylor area and will be greatly missed. Visitation for Danny will be Monday November28, 2011 in the Fowler-Sullivan Memorial Chapel in Neelyville, Mo. starting at 10:00 am with a graveside funeral starting at 11:30 am in the Gum Cemetery near Naylor. Pastor Kevin Ford will be officiating.
