Debra Marie Proctor

Debra Marie Proctor, 60, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri passed away August 23, 2013 at her residence. She was born November 19, 1952 at Poplar Bluff, Missouri to the late Willie James Burkett and Bertha Willcut. She is survived by her children, Phyllis Robertson, Misty Baker, and Theresa Chalfant. Her sisters, Darlene Thurman and Diane Hart. One brother James Burkett. Four grandchildren, Ladeana Proctor, Roy Brown, Zoey Brown and Josie Proctor. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband John Proctor Sr., one son, Gary Ulrich and one brother, Virgil Burkett. A celebration of life memorial visitation will be at 5 p.m. Saturday at the Fowler-Sullivan Memorial Chapel in Neelyville, Missouri.
