Delmar L. Cross

Delmar Cross, 86, of Poplar Bluff passed away October 19,2017 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. Mr. Cross was born September 26,1931 in Malden, Mo. Delmar was a member of Cross Street Pentecostal Holiness Church. He enjoyed playing bass in different bands. He had been a truck driver. He married Mary Cross (Board) January 17, 1948 in Elgin, Illinois. She survives. Also surviving are children; Jim Cross, Sheri Smith and David Cross, a brother; Don Cross; six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son; Billy Cross, his father, Wentford Cross, mother; Verda Cross (Bagby) Visitation will be at 12pm Sunday, Oct. 22, 2017 at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home in Poplar Bluff and the service will follow at 2pm in the chapel with Pastor Nancy Lotz officiating. Burial will be in Ash Hill East.
