Dixie (Norris) Kelly

Dixie Lee Kelly, 75, of Poplar Bluff, MO passed away on September 21, 2021 at her home in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Dixie was born on October 13, 1945 to Thomas and Myrtle ( Dillion) Norris in Elyria, Ohio.  She married Charles Robert Kelly Sr. they enjoyed 49 years of marriage and had three wonderful children. He preceded her in death in 2012. Dixie was a member of Fairview Baptist Church and Rebeccas Lodge. Dixie is survived by daughters, Sarah Norman, Rebecca Ann Kelly and son, Charles Robert Kelly Jr. grandchildren; Terry Norman Jr., Preston Norman, Joseph Statler, Cole Biggs, Lily Biggs, Charles Kelly III, Sarah Tanksley, Autumn Tanksley, Leland Tanksley, Wyatt Kelly, and Jessie Kelly. There will be a burial of cremains at Mill Springs Cemetery with Rev. Shelvie Stephens officiating, Monday September 27, 2021 2 PM
