Donald Ray Brown, 52 of Naylor, Mo. passed away Tuesday, September 11, 2012 in the Heritage Gardens in Senath, Missouri. He was born May 3, 1960 in Corning, Arkansas to the late George Fay Brown and Loretta Jewell Kinkade Brown.
He is survived by; one son, Austin Brown of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, one daughter, Kala Brown Caudel and husband Justin of North Carolina; one sister Phyllis Guthrie and husband David of Naylor, Mo. and two brothers, Clifford Brown and wife Zeta, of Kennett, Mo. and Mike Brown and Wife, Kim, of Poplar Bluff, Mo. One granddaughter also survives, Adison Rose Caudel; as well as several nieces and nephews also survive.
He was a cabinet builder and had graduated from Naylor High School in 1978. He had played basketball for Three Rivers College in 1979 and was all conference for the School of the Ozarks in Hollister, Missouri. He enjoyed hunting, baseball and basketball.
He was preceded in death by his father Fay Brown on June 30, 1989 and Mother Loretta Brown on January 22, 2003,
Visitation for Don will Friday September14, 2012 in the Fowler-Sullivan Memorial Chapel starting at 6:00 p.m. with funeral Saturday September 15, 2012 starting at 10:00 a.m.. Burial will be in the Naylor Memorial Cemetery following services, with Earl Ladyman officiating.
