Donald Joe Robb, 77, of Neelyville, Missouri, passed away December 29, 2016 at his residence in Neelyville. He was born November 28, 1939 in Naylor, Missouri to the late Owen C. Robb and Edna Woolard.
Joe is survived by three sister; Marie Whelchel of Rogers, Arkansas, Margaret Slagle of Chesapeake, Va., and Kathy Dale of Prospect, Ky., as well as many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Ronnie Robb.
He had served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam war and He was a member of the Naylor American Legion Post #643, where he had served as commander for 10 years. He was a member of the Church of Christ, and he enjoyed fishing, watching John Wayne movies and Hee Haw. Joe had retired as a operating engineer laying asphalt for Rockford Black Top.
Visitation for Mr. Rob will, Wednesday, January 4, 2017, starting at 10:00 am in the Fowler-Sullivan Memorial Chapel Inc. of Neelyville, Missouri with the funeral starting a 1:00 pm. Burial will be in the Woolard Cemetery near Oxly, Missouri. Steve Sanders will be officiating.
