Donald Batson Sr.

Donald Raymond Batson Sr., 62, of Poplar Bluff, MO passed away on June 12, 2019 at his home in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Donald was born on December 26, 1956 to Shelby and Katherine (Goodrum) Batson in Newport, Rhode Island.  He married Lanora Faye Batson on September 20, 1975, in Poplar Bluff. Donald is survived by spouse, Lanora Faye Batson, son, Donald Raymond Batson Jr.(Sabrina), daughter, Jennifer Batson, sister, Karen Fox, brother, Jimmy Batson, grandson, Brody Ray Batson, and grandson, Dalton Batson. Donald was preceded by his parents, and two granddaughters, Sorrah and Bella Batson. A memorial visitation will be held on Monday, June 17,2019  from 1-2 pm  at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home in Poplar Bluff, MO. A memorial service will follow at 2 pm in the chapel.  Full military rites will also be conducted at the funeral home.
