Douglas Wood

Douglas Lynn Wood, 57, of Poplar Bluff, MO passed away on July 08, 2022, at his home in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Douglas was born on July 10, 1964, to Bobbie and Mildred (Scaggs) Wood in Granite City, Illinois. Douglas loved reading the Bible, animals, and being with family. Douglas is survived by brother Bobby J Wood and companion Sandra, brother David Wood and wife Sandy, niece Tammy Scott, niece Kalie Nicolini, niece Tiffanie Nicolini, nephew Robert Wood, niece Kristen Coleman, nephew Aaron Wood, great-nephew Seth Parnell, great-nephew Austin Jennings, great-niece Skyla Jennings and several other Great nieces and nephews. Douglas was preceded by his father Bobbie J Wood, mother Mildred Kirkpatrick, stepfather Rex Kirkpatrick. Also preceding in death are two sisters: Sherry Nicolini, and Susan Wood, one niece Amber Wood. Family is planning a private memorial service at a later date.
