Doyle Junior Silkwood

Doyle Junior Silkwood, son of Carl and Omah Silkwood passed away June 13, 2011 in the John J. Pershing V.A. Medical Center at Poplar Bluff, Missouri. He was born June 11, 1950 at Coon Island Missouri. On January 23, 1970 at Poplar Bluff, Missouri he was was married to Sherry Johnson. She survives. Also surviving, one daughter Holly Walter of Naylor and Shannon Doyle Silkwood of Harviell. Five grandchildren and 2 great grand children also survive. Her sisters, Carlena Silkwood Martin of Poplar BLuff, Sylvia Silkwood of California, Bernice Silman and Elda Silkwood of Naylor and Carolyn Silkwood Evola. Brothers, Clye Silkwood of Naylor and Jerry Silkwood of Piedmont and Charles Silkwood of Oxly, Missouri. Visitation for Mr. Silkwood will be Thursday June16, 2011 at the Fowler-Sullivan memorial Chapel in Neelyville, missouri. Sevices will be June 17, 2011 at 11:00 am with Chaplain Bill Hatch officiating. Burial will be in the Coon Island Cemetery near Neelyville, Missouri.
