Elbert Michael Honey

Elbert Michael Honey, 66 of Poplar Bluff, passed away on March 29, 2018 at the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. He was born on November 18, 1951 to the late Vinus Vistal Hone and Emma (Howard) Honey at St. Louis, MO. Elbert was a retired nurse. He enjoyed kereoke, playing cops and robbers with the neighborhood kids Elbert is survived by daughters, Christene Cook of MS, Pamela Michele Nomey of FL; Son, Michael Shannon Smith of LA; many grandchildren, two Nieces, Dana Bailey of Puxico, MO, Karen Honey of IL; and sister-in-law, Candy Cook of MS. He was preceded in death by Mother, Emma Jean Honey, dad, Vinus Vistal Honey. A memorial service will be held on Monday, April 2, 2018, 4:00 pm at his home.
