Elvis Leonard Belt, 89, of Poplar Bluff passed away October 5, 2020 at his home.
He was born June 12, 1931 in Gibson, MO to the late Omer and Ester (Hicks) Belt. Mr. Belt was retired from the United Sates Air Force.
He is survived by children: Sherry James, Debra Davies, Tina Belt, Darryl Belt, and Dana Belt; grandchildren: Amy McGoldrick, Kasey Gehrts, Shannon Kussmann, Kyle Gehrts, Shane Gehrts, Shenayah Lewis, Dane Belt, Coda Belt and Brittney Belt; brother: Charles Belt; and lots of nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother; Truman Belt and a sister; Daisy Shelton
There will be a memorial service with military rites, Friday Oct. 16, 2020 at 4 pm at 9450 Hwy C Poplar Bluff, Mo This will be an outdoor event.
Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
