Ethel Eugenia Skinner

Ethel Eugenia Skinner, daughter of Richard and Lola Ward Brooks was born December 31, 1914 in Charlotte. Arkansas. She departed this life on May 20, 2011 at the Corning Therapy and Living Center in Corning, Arkansas. On March 17, 1935 she was married to Edward Skinner. She is survived by Two Children; Tom Skinner and Anita Carmack. Brothers, Richard Brooks, Charles Brooks and Leo Brooks. Grandchildren; Pam Brown, Jason Skinner and Kristen and Kevin Skinner. Funeral for Mrs Skinner was May 23, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Corning Arkansas. with burial in the Corning Cemetery.
