Gable Cannaday

Gable Cannaday, 64 of Poplar Bluff departed this life on Monday May 25, 2020 at his residence.  He was born July 25, 1955 in Poplar Bluff to the late Columbus (Lum) and Vera (Moore) Cannaday.

On April 26, 1982 he was united in marriage to Debra (Lucas) Cannaday.  She survives.  Other survivors are his sons- Eric Cannaday and wife Jessica, Jason Cannaday and wife Randa, Josh Cannaday and wife Julie; grandchildren-Stacie, Riley, Preston, Emma, Logan and Reese; brothers-Phillip Cannaday and wife Sharon, Bill Cannaday and wife Becky; sisters-Bonnie Scott and husband Danny, Carolyn Cannaday.

He was of the Baptist faith.  He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, fishing, gardening, four wheeling, watching his two favorite sports, baseball and basketball.

Visitation will be Friday, May 29, 2020 at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home in Poplar Bluff at 10:30.  A graveside service will begin at 11:30 at Black Creek Cemetery with Rev. Curtis McClard officiating.
