Ila (Whitlock) Taylor

Ila Pearl Taylor, 79, of Poplar Bluff, MO passed away on January 09, 2024, at her home in Poplar Bluff. Ila was born on March 31, 1944, to G T and Betty Ruth (Shidaker) Whitlock in Campbell, Missouri.  She married Robert Taylor; he preceded her in death. Ila enjoyed sunbathing and playing golf. Ila is survived by daughter Robin Dillinger, granddaughter Ashley Maulden, Great grandchildren Ramsey and Renley Maulden of North Carolina, sister Dona Metcalf of Doniphan, as well as many nieces and nephews. Ila was preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert, son Gregory Bost, brothers Curtis, Dennis and Tommy Whitlock, sisters Angela and Ruthie Whitlock A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday January 13, 2024, from 2-3 PM at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home in Poplar Bluff, MO. A memorial service will begin at 3PM in the funeral home chapel with Monty Flanigan officiating.
