Iris Donna Williams

Iris Donna Williams, 63, of Corning, Arkansas passed away May 9, 2017, in the Flo/Phil Jones Hospice in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She was born April 14, 1954 in St. Louis, Missouri to the late Elyma Theodore and Una Bell Songer. She was married to Lester Williams at Jonesboro, Arkansas. He preceded her in death on August 28, 2015. She is survived by one child; Davida Williams of Corning Arkansas, two sisters; Wanda Hefner of Maynard, Arkansas and Mae Adams of Destin, Florida as well as two brothers; Stanley Songer and David Songer both of St. Louis, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and one grandchild; Khloe Faith Williams. Mrs. Williams was a member of the Big T Apostolic Pentecostal Church of Corning, Arkansas. she enjoyed listening to audio books and loved singing and her church. Visitation for Mrs. Williams , will be Saturday May 13, 2017 in the Big T Apostolic Pentecost Church starting at 11:00 am, with the funeral following at 12:00 p.m. in the church. Burial will be in the Oak Ridge Cemetery at Bono, Arkansas with Pastor Brian Malone officiating.
