Izora Rankins

Izora Rankins, 80, formerly of Poplar Bluff, Mo., passed away January 7, 2016 at the Golden Living Center in Jefferson City, Mo. Mrs. Rankins was born May 31, 1935 in Forest City, Ark. to the late Joe Todd and Elizabeth (Ousley) Todd. She had worked at AT&T in clerical. She is survived by a son, Michael Rankins and one granddaughter, Karla Rankins, as well as many nieces and nephews. Izora was also preceded in death by her sisters, Janie Warren, Etta Reece, Emma Reece, Ruby Posey, Ollie Embry and Ethel Malone. Visitation will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 16, 2016 at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home, Poplar Bluff, followed by funeral services at noon with Pastor Willie Craig officiating. Burial will be in the Poplar Bluff City Cemetery.
