Jennie May Davidson, 90 of Poplar Bluff passed away on Sunday Feb. 11, 2018 at the Mark Twain Caring Center in Poplar
Bluff. She was born on April 24, 1927 to the late Ben and Salley (Conover) Stephens.
On August 6, 1946 she was united in marriage to David Davidson Sr. He preceded her in death on July 8, 1992.
She retired from Duckett Trucking Center, she was a faithful member of The North point Church Of The Nazarene in Poplar Bluff, where she had been a choir leader, church secretary, and worked with the World Missions Dept.
She is survived by her son David Davidson Jr. and wife Linda, a daughter Norma Butler. three sisters, Barbara Britton, Bessie Edwards, Sharon Welsh. One brother Neal Stephens. Many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren. a host of nieces and nephews also survive
She also leaves behind a special Brother-In-law Francis Miller.
She was also preceded in death by four sisters, Maisie Hendricks, Ella Lee Osborn, Jean Jones, Ester Miller. by two brothers, Charles Stephens, Albert Stephens.
Visitation will be from 6 til 8 pm on Monday Feb.12, 2018 at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home, family and friends will gather at New Oak Hill Cemetery on Tuesday Feb.13, at 11 am for Graveside services with Pastor Greg Gilberto officating, internment will follow in the New Oak Hill Cemetery.
