Jerry Lee Stevenson

Jerry Lee Stevenson, 75, of Poplar Bluff, MO passed away on July 13, 2024, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Jerry was born on July 26, 1948, to Clayton and Lucille Evangeline (Black) Stevenson in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Jerry was a 1966 graduate of Poplar Bluff High School and a 1972 graduate from Linn Technical College in Linn, MO as an aircraft mechanic/technician.  He served 30 years as an inspector of aviation technician/jet mechanic and inspector of aviation for Halliburton, an oil field service company.  He traveled widely with the planes in his care.  Jerry also served his country in the US Navy for 8 years.  He also enjoyed NASCAR racing, especially Jeff Gordon. Jerry is survived by son, Travis Lee Stevenson of MO, daughter, Shannon Marie Wilkinson of OK, daughter, Ashley Lee Ann Hardy of TX, grandchildren, Shelby, Christopher, Caylee, Samara, Alexis and Joseph, great-grandchild, Ezra, brother, Robert Clayton Stevenson of MO, sister, Carol Ann Huck of MO, dear friend, Emily Morgan, and neighbor, Crystal Briscoe, as well as many nieces and nephews. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Donald Ray Stevenson.
