Jimmy Gale Jones

Jimmy Gale Jones, 81, of Neelyville, Missouri passed away October 19, 2017 at Poplar Bluff, Missouri. He was born December 22, 1935 at Peach Orchid, Missouri to the late Russell Jones and Eva Anna Malin Jones. On August 4, 1956 at Hernado, Mississippi He was married to Wanda St.Cin. She departed this life on February 5, 2010. Then on May 13, 2011 at Corning, Arkansas he was married to Orlena St.Cin Emmons. She preceded him in death on December 21, 2013. Surviving is children; Teresa Hobbs and husband Randy of Poplar Bluff, Mo., Jimmy Jones and wife Tonnie of Doniphan, Missouri, Rhonda Uhl and husband Danny of Fairdealing, Missouri, Chris Jones and wife Carrie of Neelyville, Missouri one Step son; Freedie Emmons and wife Amy of Neelyville, Missouri and step daughter, Shelia Merchant and husband Will of Neelyville, Missouri. Twelve grandchildren; Scott McBroom, Rikki Johnson, Parker Jones, Aaron Jones, Shelby Moon, Wyatt Moon, Bubba Jones, Chad Jones, Michaela Jones, Jerimiah Blackshear, Josh Blackshear and Rocky Nierman. Also 10 great Grandchildren survive. He was preceded in death by one brother; Bobby Jones as well as two sisters. He had graduated from Neelyville High School and had served on the Neelyville School Board as well as being on the Coon island Fire Dept. He was a member of the Naylor Pentecostal Church and also had attended Coon Island General Baptist Church. He enjoyed hunting deer, squirrel, raccoon, and turkey. As well as fishing. Visitation will be Saturday October 21, 2017 starting at 6:00 pm with the Funeral Sunday at 2:00 p.m. in the Fowler-Sullivan memorial Chapel of Neelyville, Missouri. Burial will be in the Coon Island Cemetery, With Donnie Fowler and Brother Allen Leutert officiating. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude's Hospital
