John Roger Goodale Sr.

John Roger Goodale Sr., 81, of Poplar Bluff, MO passed away on November 09, 2024,at his home in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. John was born on August 13, 1943, to Luther E Goodale and Clara Bell Goodale in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.  He married Jewell Naideen Parsons, and she survives. John was an avid fisherman, loved to be outside, and he dearly loved his wife Naideen. John is survived by His wife, children, John Roger Goodale Jr, Harold Eugene Goodale, Linda Beard and step sons Jim and Stephen Hager. John was preceded in death by his daughter Brenda Strickland and step son Chris Irvin Visitation will be held Friday, November 15,2024, from 11:00am- 12:00pm at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home 701 Vine St. Poplar Bluff, MO. Services will follow at 12:00pm. in the funeral home chapel with Gene Hensley officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery.
