John Johnson

John Clifford Johnson, age 65, of Imboden, Ar., passed away February 27, 2013 at the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, in Poplar Bluff, Mo. Mr. Johnson was born June 18, 1947, in Turmann, Arkansas. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and later worked in construction. On November 14, 1984 he married Virginia Gail (Malone) Johnson. She preceded him in death on November 12, 2009. He is survived by his children, Kimberly D. Richey, Johnnie Johnson, Woodrow Warren Durham and Traci Johnson; his grandchildren, Jessica, Joseph, Jesse, Johnny, and Justin Johnson, Andrea Myers, Elias Sosa, Nicholas and Adam Starcerich, and Drake and Nicholas Durham; two sisters, Brenda Haynes and Jeanette Keatts; three brothers, James, Kevin and Patrick Johnson; and 14 great-grandchildren. Also preceding him in death includes his parents, Cecil Johnson and Lola May (Westmoreland) Johnson- McNeal; three brothers, Eugene, George and Dwight Johnson. Memorial services will be held at Mr. Johnson's homestead Friday, April 5, 2013, beginning at 6 p.m. His ashes will be laid to rest in Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Annieville, Ar. with a graveside service begining at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 6, 2013
