John Anthony Small, 95, of Poplar Bluff, MO passed away on October 26, 2023, at Mark Twain Caring Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. John was born on October 7, 1928. John was of the Catholic faith, he retired from the United State Army and then later retired from the government. John is survived by sister-in-law, Patricia (Jack) Owens, stepdaughter, Katherine Bennett, and granddaughter, Katelynne Nagel. There will be an inurnment at Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield Friday, November 3, 2023, at 10AM
