Johnny Lee Evans

Johnny Lee Evans, 66, of Naylor, Mo. passed away on Monday, Sept. 19, 2016 at John J. Pershing V.A. Medical Center in Poplar Bluff. Mr. Evans was born on March 24, 1950 in Naylor, Mo. He worked as a farmer and enjoyed fishing and hunting. Johnny was a U.S. Army Veteran and served in the Vietnam era. Survivors include 2 brothers, Jerry Lynn Evans of Naylor, Jeffery Allen Evans of Doniphan; one sister, Linda Gail (Evans) Tisdal and husband, Buel of Naylor; as well as 5 nieces, Sammy, Marsha, Sherry, Amanda and Tammy. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer Von Evans and Della Mae (Feasel) Evans; one brother, Jimmy Von Evans, and one sister, Glenda Caroline Latham. Visitation will be Friday Sept. 23, 2016 from 9:00 - 9:45 a.m. at the Fowler-Sullivan Memorial Chapel in Neelyville. A graveside service will follow at 10:00 a.m. at the Evans Family Cemetery.
