Joseph Clarence "J.C." Fowler

Joseph Clarence "J.C." Fowler, 77, of Neelyville, Mo. passed away at his residence September 28, 2011. He was born March 3, 1934 at Fairdealing, Missouri to the Late Homer Fowler and Myrtle Rook Fowler. He is survived by four children; Sabrina Fowler of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Ronda Phillips of Neelyville, Mo., Roger Fowler of Lakeland, Florida, and Lori Turner of Neelyville, Mo.. Two sisters Golda Drane of Indiana and Louise Woolard of Poplar Bluff, Missouri and Two brothers; Doug Fowler of Corning, Arkansas and Curt Fowler of Neelyville, Mo. also survive. His grandchildren, Angel Seipp and Tyler Turner and Isaac Seipp. Wanda Waldrip Fowler which has remained his companion. Special care givers Sheri Gilmore , Sonya Turner and Chris Resinger. J.C. was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Charles Fowler and his grandparents James and Sarah Fowler. He enjoyed fishing, mechanic work and helping friends and neighbors. He been self employed Television Repairman. visitation for J.C. will be Sunday October 2, 2011 at the Fowler-Sullivan memorial Chapel in Neelyville, Missouri starting at 12:00 P.M. with funeral services following at 2:00 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be in the Gum Cemetery near Naylor, Mo. Donnie Fowler and Dennis Fowler will be officiating.
