Judy Harwell

Judy Harwell, 70, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., passed away Monday, August 5, 2013, at the Westwood Hills Healthcare. Mrs. Harwell was born July 19, 1943, in Florence, S.C., to the late Martin and Floread Jackson. She retired from Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center, where she worked in Labor & Delivery. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church and enjoyed working. On November 8, 1974 she married Clyde Harwell in Doniphan, Mo. He preceded her in death July 16, 2012. Survivors include her children, Sandy Hatchell, Allen Shaw, Steven Shaw, Stanley Shaw and Dora Burns; two step-children, Rose Marie Jones and Janis Hale; one sister, Edna Cooley and one brother, Jim Jackson, as well as six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. A memorial visitation will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday, August 10, 2013 followed by funeral services at 10 a.m., at Temple Baptist Church, 1813 Barron Rd. Poplar Bluff, Mo. Rev.
