Kathy (Campbell) Davidson

Kathryn 'Kathy' Irene Davidson, 59, of Independence, MO departed this life on February 02, 2022, at St. Luke's East in Lee's Summitt, Missouri. Kathy was born on June 13, 1962, to Donald and Zadie (Brunner) Campbell in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.  She married Dennis Davidson on November 4, 1978, in Kennett, MO. Kathy grew up in Stringtown, MO and attended Neelyville School. She and Dennis lived in Fordland, MO for 10 years.  Prior to her disability she worked for OCH Hospital in Springfield, MO.   She enjoyed babysitting when her health allowed, attending concerts and yard sales.  She loved her faith, family and friends, and her little granddaughter Essence. Kathy is survived by her loving husband, Dennis, her son Denver Davidson and girlfriend Erin, a granddaughter, Essence, a sister, Mary Patterson and husband Cliff of Qulin, MO a brother, Virgil Campbell and wife Francis of Qulin, MO, several nieces and nephews. Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers, Jim and Miles Campbell. Visitation will be held on Thursday February 10,2022, from 5-7PM at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home in Poplar Bluff, MO. Funeral services will be 1PM Friday February 11,2022, at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Gary Hancock officiating. Burial will take place at Kern's Chapel in Stringtown, MO. The family requests face masks be worn.
