Katrina was born on May 20, 1968, and raised by Charles and Virgina Starks in St Louis, Missouri.

Katrina, enjoyed writing, drawing, and planing her ministry.

Katrina is survived by her daughter Cheyanne Marie Starks, brother Larry Starks, very good friend Tina Duncan, her daughters father David Watson.

Katrina was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Virgina Starks.
