Larry Jameson

Larry Jameson died peacefully Thursday, February 25, 2016 in Poplar Bluff, Mo. at the age of 58. Larry was born February 12, 1958, in Poplar Bluff, to the late Roy and Lavern Jameson. He attended high school at East Carter R-2, where he met Cheryl Nicholas. They later married and had one son, Michael. He enjoyed watching the St. Louis Cardinals with his son and spending time with his grandchildren. Survivors include his son, Michael Jameson of Ellsinore; 3 grandchildren, Jackson, Elyssa and Samantha Jameson; eight brothers, Monty Jameson of Ellsinore, Johnny Jameson of San Antonio, Tx., Kendall Jameson of Poplarville, Ms., Lindell Jameson of Poplar Bluff, Danny Jameson of Dexter, Mo., Kenneth Jameson of Versailles, Mo., Ronald Jameson of Poplar Bluff, and Glen Jameson of Alton, Mo.; four sisters, Donna Moore of Poplar Bluff, Constance Parker of Schertz, Tx., Linda Kearbey of Poplar Bluff, and Marlene Adams of Smith Groves, Ky. A memorial service was held at 5 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 27, 2016 at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home in Poplar Bluff. Memorial donations can be made to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation on behalf of his grandson, Jackson Jameson.
