Larry Oxley

Larry Oxley, 72, of Poplar Bluff, MO passed away on December 01, 2023, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Larry was born on August 7, 1951, to Norman and Dessie (Sweeney) Oxley in Campbell, Missouri.  He married Glenda Ellen Oxley on February 10,1990.  She survives. Larry enjoyed playing with his granddaughters and traveling. He was a veteran of the United States Army, where he was a Vietnam War Veteran. Larry is survived by wife, Ellen Oxley, Stepdaughter, Angela Hodge, Stepdaughter, Carmen Null, granddaughter, Kylie Null, granddaughter, Mattia Null, sister, Jay Altman, brother, Dick Oxley, sister, Nancy Ray, sister, Gloria Nash and nieces, Lara, Amy, Bridgett, Lisa, Starla, Amber and Ashley, nephews, Billy and Kris. Larry was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Jerry Oxley. There will be a military service at the Missouri State Veteran Cemetery in Bloomfield, Mo. at 2PM December 18, 2023.  Immediately following the military honors, there will be a memorial service at Cross Street Pentecostal Church in Poplar Bluff.  For more information you may call Nancy at 573-872-6005.
