Leanard Tinsley

Leanard F. TInsley, 51, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., passed away Sunday, July 6, 2014. Mr. Tinsley was born October 1, 1962 in Poplar Bluff. He was a carpenter and enjoyed fishing and hunting. Mr. Tinsley is survived by his mother, Ellen (Lewis) Tinsley of Harviell, Mo., two brothers, Tom and Earl Tinsley; two sister-in-laws, Sherry and Penny Tinsley and many nieces and nephews. Mr. Tinsley is preceded in death by his wife, Jill Tinsley and father, Bob Tinsley and one brother, Terry Tinsley. Visitation held at 6 p.m. Tuesday July8, 2014 at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home in Poplar Bluff. Funeral services will begin at 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 9, 2014 with Ray Lewis officiating. Burial in the Black River Cemetery.
