Leslie Jay Spitzer

Leslie Jay Spitzer, 85 of Naylor, Missouri, passed away September 17, 2012 in the Poplar Bluff Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouril He was born August 27, 1927 at Bells, Tennessee to the late Will Spitzer and Ruth Russell Spitzer. On October 27, 1978 at Naylor, Missouri he was married to Gloria Marr. She survives. Also surviving is one Son; Dennis Spitzer and wife Deborah of Wentzville, Missouri and one daughter; Deborah Spitzer Brown and husband Bill of Cedar Hill, Missouri. He is also survived by three grandchildren, Katherine Adams, and Jason and Zachary Brown as well as four great grandchildren; Cooper Brown, Riley Brown, Tristan Adams and Cameron Adams. Mr. Spitzer was a self employed auto mechanic. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and was a avid cardinal baseball fan. He enjoyed his family and church as well as gardening. Visitation will be Thursday September 20, 2012 starting at 11:00 a.m. in the Fowler-Sullivan Memorial Chapel of Neelyville, Missouri with the funeral following at 1:00 p.m.. Burial will be in the Corning Cemetery in Corning, Arkansas following services. Dalton Spitzer and Dennis Spitzer officiating.
