Lillie Mae Snodgrass

Lillie Mae Snodgrass, 88, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., passed away November 24, 2016 at Mark Twain Caring Center. Mrs. Snodgrass was born May 31, 1928 in Blytheville, Arkansas to the late Daniel and Kati Douglas. A homemaker, she enjoyed dancing and was a lifetime member of the Eagles in Poplar Bluff. She married Elvin Snodgrass in 1983. He passed away December 25, 2007. Mrs. Snodgrass is survived by children, Gary Melton (Debbie), Deanna Morse (James), Donna Melton (John Conner); a brother CB Douglas; grandchildren, Jimmy Morse, Melissa Francis, Brandi Durbin, Ryan Melton, Logan Melton, Austin Melton; great- grandchildren, Dustin Morse, Hillary Morse, Brianna Kelly, Kaitlyn, Durbin, Kylie Francis, and Jaden Francis and a great-great-grandson, Abram Kelly. Mrs. Snodgrass was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Greg Melton; 3 sisters and 3 brothers. A private family burial will take place Monday, November 28, 2016 in Stanfield Cemetery in Clarkton, Mo. Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home in Poplar Bluff in charge of arrangements.
