Linda Diane Miller, age 59, of Poplar Bluff, Mo. flew to Heaven on the wings of Angels Sunday June 23, 2013, at The Manor in Poplar Bluff.
Mrs. Miller was born July 12, 1953, in Gideon, Mo., to parents Charles and Faye (Hill) Fleener. She was a cook at Sullivan's Cafe in Poplar Bluff and enjoyed playing bingo, fishing and preparing big dinners for her family. She was of the Baptist faith.
On November 21, 1986 she married Oval Ray Miller, who preceded her in death on June 3, 2009.
Survivors include her children, Terry Len Boatner, Jerry Alan Rogers, Jess Wayne Powell, Gena Marie Lacey, and Janett Rogers; her mother Faye Boatner; brothers, Jerry Fleener and John T. Fleener; twelve grandchildren and a special nephew, Jerry Lee Fleener. Many Aunts and Uncles also survive.
Mrs. Miller was also preceded in death by her father, Charles Fleener; one brother, Roger Dale "Buddy" Fleener; her grandparents, Dewey and Essie Hill; and sister-in-law, Rhonda Fleener.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 25, 2013, at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home in Poplar Bluff, with Pastor Rowdy Boyer officiating. The family request memorials made to the Danny Bell Cancer Center in Poplar Bluff.
