Lloyd Ray Gambling, 67 of Fairdealing, Mo passed away at his residence January 18, 2013. He was born July 16, 1945 at Alton, Missouri to the Emmett Gambling and Christeen "McCallister" Gambling.
On August 8, 1976 at Poplar Bluff, Missouri He was married to Carolyn Katherine Clifton. She survives. Also surviving are five sons; Casey Gambling of Fairdealing, Mo., Charles Gambling and wife Judy of Doniphan, Mo., Terry Gambling and wife Melissa of Doniphan, Mo.; Thomas Gambling fo Brosley, Mo. and Ricky Gambling of Adain, Ok. Eight brothers, Leroy Gambling, Roy Gambling and Bobby Gambling all of Doniphan, Mo., John Henry Gambling of Collisville, Ok., David Gambling of Chelsea, Ok. Billy Gambling and Larry Gambling both of Foil, Ok. and Raymond Gambling of Tampa, Florida. Four sisters, Jewell Percy of Doniphan, Mo. Agnes Labine of Poplar Bluff, Mo., Shirley Collier of Kennett, Mo., Patricia Gambling of Florida. Fifteen grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren also survive.
He is preceded in death by his father, one sister, Gerldene and one brother Thomas Wayne Gambling and his best friend, Ernie Helsel.
Lloyd was a commercial truck driver. He enjoyed fishing, camping, the outdoors and workiing in his shop.
Visitation will be Sunday January 20, 2013 starting at 5:00p.m. in the Fowler-Sullivan Memorial Chapel of Neelyville, Mo. With the funeral Monday starting at 2:00 p.m.. Burial will be in the Gambling Cemetery with Donnie Fowler officiating.
