Lois Geneva Plunk

Lois Geneva Plunk,71, of Harviell, Mo., passed away Saturday April 13, 2013 at her home. Mrs. Plunk was born December 15, 1941 in Harrisburg, Arkansas, to the late William Jackson and Virginia (Eaton) Jackson. She was married to Harlen Plunk on May 2, 1981, in St Louis, Missouri. He survives. She was a homemaker and enjoyed fishing, being with family, watching old movies, playing cards, cooking, and she loved having company. She was a member of the Harviell First Baptist Church. She is also survived by her children, Robert Dunscombe and wife, Lisa and Sonja Ryan and husband, Kevin; two sisters, Flora Rice and Alice Winters; two brothers, Jerry Jackson and Dean Jackson; four grandchildren, Jamie Kleyn, Danielle Williams, Matthew Dunscombe and Lindsay Ryan; four great- grandchildren, Ryan, Nathan, Logan, and Mia. Visitation for Mrs. Plunk beginning at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 17, 2013, at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home, 844 Cedar Street, Poplar Bluff, followed by funeral service at 12 noon in the chapel, with Rev. Tommy Knodell officiating. Burial will be in Black Creek Cemetery in Poplar Bluff. Family requests, in lieu of flowers that memorials be made to American Lung Association, 1118 Hampton Ave, St Louis, Missouri 63139.
